Gallery 1
Gallery 1 is a purpose-adapted window space on Adelaide Street, a busy street in the heart of Sligo town. Fully glazed and continuously lit, the work remains on view to the passing street at all hours. On exhibition opening nights, the doors are opened and the space becomes fully accessible. Outside of opening events, the gallery can be visited by appointment.
Gallery 2
Gallery 2 is located around the corner in Greer's Yard. On opening nights the space is cleared for artist talks, film screenings, and events. It is open Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm, and by appointment outside those hours.
Scenius Gallery is an artist-led collaboration founded in 2025 by Ken Gunning, Ian Jermyn and Marita O'Hanlon. Grounded in the principle of shared creative agency, the gallery supports ambitious, critically engaged work and is committed to the development of artistic discourse, exchange and collaboration in the west of Ireland.
